To activate your account, please read the following section, Terms and Conditions, and follow the instructions.

• Terms and Conditions may change at any time without notice.
• Commission rate can be changed by Paul at any time without notice. If a change gets made I will notify you after the change...
• Commissions will be paid to you only after they reach NZ$200. We will send you reports on how much money you have earnt from time to time so you can track how your site and/or emails are going. Commissions will be apid to you in NZ dollars. You'll need to take our bank draft to your bank and have them converted to your local currency.
• You are completely responsible for accounting for your earnings to your governments tax office. Adventure New Zealand does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any tax due on your earnings.
• Logos, trademarks, site information, pictures, that are contained on the Adventure New Zealnd site and the Adventure New Zealand Internet Sellers System belong to Adventure New Zealand and its Parent Company 'The Wild West Adventure Company Ltd', registered in New Zealand. All material is copyrighted. Material and information may be used to assist you only in selling Adventure New Zealand's products and only after obtaing permission from Paul.
• You Agree not to spam. Any spaming will automatically remove you from the team.
• Adventure New Zealand is not liable for any consequences due to you advertising our products.
• All products and prices can change at anytime.
• Adventure New Zealand can terminate your membership to the referal/sellers team at any time without notice. Any monies owing by us to you if you become terminated will only be forwarded to you if it exceeds NZ$200. Smaller amounts can be collected by you or your agent in New Zealand if you give us 7 days notice.
• Adventure New Zealand will not enter into any discussion or into any resolution process should there be any disagreement between us. Adventure New Zealand's word is final. (We dont anticipate any problems and you'll find us more than fair but we do not have the time to be involved in perceived disputes with people).
